Who attends IQ?
IQ is an invite-only event for C-level executives in the credit union and fintech lending space. Attendance is limited to one representative per institution to preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience.
Is a hotel room included in my ticket?
No, hotel is booked separately. We've secured a preferred rate starting $500 per night at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort through our room block. Details will be provided upon registration.
Room Pricing
Casitas: $500 per night — $795 regular nightly rate.
1-Bedroom Suites: $700 per night — $945 regular nightly rate.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket covers all sessions, keynotes, workshops, afternoon experiences, meals, and event materials across both days.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. A Guest / +1 pass is available for $ and covers receptions and meals. Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the guest.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person within your organization at no cost at any time prior to the event. To initiate a transfer, contact events@zest.ai.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@zest.ai. Refunds are based on the date the cancellation request is received:
Cancellation Date Refund
On or before February 1, 2027: Full Refund
On or before March 20, 2027: 80% refund
March 21 - April 4, 2027: 50% refund
April 5 - April 18, 2027: No refund
